Kid Cudi’s deeply personal track, “Soundtrack 2 My Life,” has now spawned a home video-esque montage made by director veteran Jason Goldwatch, who has also worked with Jay-Z and Kanye West alike.

The video is made of various goofy personal footage and emotional lyrics to collectively produce an intimate look into this new superstar. Because who can really dislike a guy who owns an orange light saber?
