Yotam Solomon kicked off LA Fashion week with a very intimate showing of his Drug & DNA fall collection in his new home.
His latest work was presented in Yotam’s very own home closet. It featured a range of neutrals with a few pieces in a beautiful bright red. But, what really stood out about the collection were the shoes. From beige work flats to sexy black heels they were truly remarkable.
We briefly spoke to Solomon about his latest collection and he stated, “The subject of drugs is very infamous. Why should people put drugs like MDMA into their system? So I tried to make the clothes look like capsules…” Look forward for a more in depth interview with the designer coming this week.

At the event we also briefly spoke with celebrity hair-stylist Chaz Dean about spring hair trends. Dean is a pioneer in the hair industry creating a product that replaces shampoo and conditioner.
Dean remarked about this spring’s hair trends, “It is so open this season. There are so many hairstyles everything from the long ethereal beautiful hair to the short eighties asymmetric cuts.” So if you have been considering changing your hair this spring is perfect timing.
